agreed
I think that metsubish is a tad overpowered for a mere item, as you can 2 turn stun one enemies' offensive abilities with it

while I also think that sleeping powder should be boosted a tad...

my suggestion would be to give both metsubishi and sleeping powder a cd of 4 turns

Metsubishi is quite strong actually, and a great item for balance because it counteracts many cheap combos.
