This post will describe information concerning Extended Tournaments.

What is an extended tournament?
An extended tournament is a tournament that consist of 16 or more people that is meant to be held over an extended period of time, in contrast to the traditional eight-man tournament, usually held within a time period no more than a day.

On War of Ninja, extended tournaments that do not meet the standards set by the War of Ninja staff will be locked, while those that meet them will be stickied.

Requirements.
:: Discuss your plans with a moderator of this section before posting your event. You must get permission from a moderator in order to host extended tournaments.
:: Request a moderator to oversee your event to make sure all goes accordingly.
:: Request a moderator to be a "back-up" in the event that the first moderator can no longer oversee your event.
:: All preparations must be done. Thread, graphics, external websites, etc. must all be finished as if the tournament were to be released on the day you present it to the moderator.

Note: Clan or recruitment tournaments are not considered extended tournaments.
