In last week is no new characters i know week befor is realsed Budou characters. But my question is whats comes next week or later, New playble boss, region, or somewhere else?

I think no new characters would be relesed, but a playable boss is very possible choice. I will vote for that one.

If anything, a new playable boss. They already released the two side stories and the new starters, so there won't be any more villages for a while. The last I heard, Nori said he wouldn't be done writing the next region until midyear, so sometime after that is when that will come out. The point of all the additional content(bosses, villages, etc.) is to give us all something to do until the next region comes out so we won't be complaining about having no new characters and whatnot. However, the staff is under no obligation to give us new content every week. I think there will be a new boss and a balance update this week, likely on Friday or Saturday, but there's no guaruntee. They will want to make this stuff last until the new region, so they might delay it for a while if they feel the need. We'll just have to be patient and see what happens.

If there are no gods then you will be gone, but will have lived a noble life that will live on in the memories of your loved ones.

Why have so many people voted for region three? Is it just because that's what you want to come out, or are you actually expecting that? Logically, they aren't going to release the next region until they have released all the current bosses, otherwise they'd just get way behind. Besides, ori just said it won't be out for a long time.
