I did her first. It doesn't really matter but I suggest Kusa, I think she's easier to use that Koono. Hoono works well with Takeko, though.

Uhm, Kusa and Honoo are clans.I did her first. It doesn't really matter but I suggest Kusa, I think she's easier to use that Koono. Hoono works well with Takeko, though.
It doesn't really matter which you choose as you will have to go back and forth between the villages.

Oh sorry, I was talking about the characters that he'll need to use when he starts the mission, Niwa and Youko. As I said, it doesn't matte which but Niwa was easier to finish for me.

i would go for Kusa first.. she would be a great asset to have for your future missions
