There should be a filter so that people that are in the first reigon aren't searching for people that are in other reigons

This was already suggested.
I would say 'no' because this match-up is random and region 1 player for example want to play against higher players to train their skills.
Moreover, they could wait too much until they find an opponent.

Wait time is way long if what you are suggesting is implemented.

yeah but when you are trying to do a streak mission and you win your first match. i usually get people from reigon 2 for my second match and i dont have the required teams and or iteams to beat them

I disagree, facing region 2 oppenents makes the game more challenging, but not impossibly so

There is absolutely no reason for region 1 players to not face players from region 2. You can know the skills of all characters by looking at the characters page. Also it's better this way because of achievements - so that you could get 'Battle X' achievements before actually finishing with region 1. Locked.
