that should do colab and megami part together.
Disruption: Hikaru(honoo flame)-Sasori(Poison dart) - Jinsei(Shuriken)
Go affliction and Jinsei there to give some AoE with shuriken or Heal
Assasin: Kurai(VI)-Jyouzu(Shuriken)-Jun(WoO)
Megami(WoO)-Takeko(WoH)-Asami(FA)

Just finish the assassination and disruption points first. Hell you don't even need full ass/dis for them. Just use 2 of each kind for more flexibility.
