Jikkousu affects one enemy with Hour of Death for 4 turns, killing the target on the 4th turn. While Hour of Death is active, Jikkousu ignores invulnerabilty.
Class list: mental, aura
Cooldown: 2

It's due to Yuurin, Daiki and SB because it's OP to my mind.

A definite NO
Reasoning:
1. You make her unable to be paired with many characters, decreasing her versatility
2. This change would not address the problem. The problem is, one only has a mere 3 turn to act until a character dies, once Jikkousu uses HoD. The duration of 5 turns was balanced, the admins should just revise that harsh mistake of boosting HoD. She might then be, and most certainly would be, a little bit underpowered. Reasoning for that? Easy, her offensive capabilities are just utterly bad. If one would boost her attack to 25 damage + increase HoD's duration to 5 turns once again, Jikkousu would be balanced, arguably versatile and NOT unfair.

My, my... Recently, it seems that people have lost even the tiniest hint of analizing capabilities, not even able to analize such a character thoroughly. If the game keeps going like this, it is sure to be going down. And now I need some coffee.

Exactly. But that's just one team that can be killed using Niwa alone, if HoTD is the one aim.
Otherwise, Yuzuki and the Kozan Mask are effective to kill the team.

If jikkousu can't go invulnerable, a majority of her use is that insta-kill, and without invulnerability, she could easily be spiked, possibly killed from her maximum health.

The only way I could see her immune to invulnerability, Is if she gained some sort of DD. Which would make a better use of her passive skill rather than it's current effect.

No, Yuzuki and the Kozan Mask can not often win against it.
I will ask a staff member how high the win percentage of Jikkousu is.

@Kabuto: Yeah, I wanted to have HoD the way it was and to make her melee attack with a non-cooldown but the staff member didn't say their opinion.
The melee attack is UP and HoD is OP which make Jikkousu unbalanced.

Exactly! In her previous state, the problem was that Jikkousu is TOO dependant on her allies, while she cannot even deal good damage. No cd. would be a way, but I would refrain from it, seeing that the skill already leeches. So a damage increase to 25 damage, and possibly making the damage piercing OR make it ignore invul OR make it ignore protectors.

@Low: If you up against a player who would deserve the title of not-stupid, Daiki has Sake. The best counter to the waller teams are Yuzuki, Tadashi or a Kozan member with the VI - but as Marcel said, one does not always win with such swaps against the waller team. Especially if you are up against a skilled player - One always has to see all sides, in this case: The difference between an unskilled and a skilled Jikkousu user.
