This is a guide to defeat bosses like Toge and Isshou. I will update the results of teams after I try them. Going to reserve a few places for the results. I will note if the team is suitable for the players up to the boss or not, for example, if I use Yugana against Toge or something, I will say that this team is only for players who have completed the game or etc.

P.S. I am not going to copy anyone's guides or something, like Yamisebi's or anyone else's.

EDIT: I will post the team that uses the lowest amount of moves to defeat the boss.

The team is:

Jinsei with Small Healing Potion
Jyouzu with Smoke Bomb
Ken with Kunai

Basically, the aim of this team is to deal as much damage as possible.

Steps:
1st turn: Use Two Heavens on Head Jailer if possible. If not, use Bloodletter Stab on him, then Throw Kunai.

2nd turn: So the Head Jailer stunned Jinsei. Use Two Heavens on Head Jailer if possible, or just use Dragon Fist. Add on Smoke Bomb too.

3rd turn: Go all out on the first Jailer's Guard. Use Dragon Fist, Crossbow Shot and Two Heavens.

4th turn: Kill the First Guard this turn if possible. If not use Bloodletter Stab on the second Guard, following Throw Kunai or Dragon Fist.

5th turn: Kill the first Guard, then use Two Heavens on the Head Jailer.

6th turn: Kill Head Jailer. Use Wazashi Strike and Dragon Fist.

7th turn: Kill the second Guard. You win.

Nice job, but I think that you can kill Head Jailer without guide. He is easy to beat cuz it is start of game story.

However, I'm wating to see your solutions for other bosses.

To add a different twist to the other guy's 100 HP guide in defeating bosses, why can't this be a guide to defeating bosses in the most profound ways possible (even if some already did that with their boss challenges).
