You unlock the first shop after the 3rd mission in the Aoiro Village called "Settle Things".
Item List
Go there to view all items. If the item is at a shop it will show the shop and price in the bottom right, if unlocked by mission it will show which mission in the bottom left.

yeah you buy them at the shop after unlocking them through the aoiro village

First of all, you need to unlock the shop. Then, you make gold completing missions and buy some. ;)

Firs of all you need to unlock the shop. You do so by finishing the first mission arc of the Aoiro Clan. This is indicated by you completely unlocking Asami as a character.
