Hm, definetly Seishin. Lthough I'lll go for seshin if you were me.

i wanted to get hebi but most people prefer getting the seishin ... now i regreted getting seishin as i want jatai so bad

Definitely Seishin, even if Hebi is kinda nice too IMO.

IF you want straightforward style of characters like Jun, go for Seishin's Ryu.
If you want tactics rather than powerhouses like Niwa, go for Hebi's Jatai and Nozuchi.
Also if you wanna ladder, I suggest Hebi.

Hebi is better now that I have played with both, but if your not good at strategy go Seishen.
