I always wondered how those games would be with 4 characters. Obviously they would have to change some things or add some rules (only 3 characters can play per turns, etc) but i think on a strategic level if would be great to make teams.
6 characters would be too much and add too many factors, would require so much changes that it would be an entire new game.

2. What about making it like this:
Every team member of the tag team(which includes two members) has two characters. -> All in all, 4 characters in every tag team.
You are not allowed to use the same character that means if your partner uses Jikkousu for example, you won't be allowed to use her too.
Swapping will be allowed.
Do you like this idea?

Six vs Six? What the crap? Thats like having 8 people at the same time in Mortal Kombat, the game would only be fun for 12 seconds.What if there could be a separate ladder for tag team?It could be in the third region! You get paired up with a random person and then you fight another randomly paired team. So it would be six characters versing six characters. I know that would be ALOT of work but it'll be worth it. Then strategy will be more important! What do you think?
Also each character would need a rework for a tag team match because some people may be way too good.

Also I like Marcels idea of both players not being able to choose the same character though the problem with that is stated above with how most the energy drain characters are very few and if you could only have 1 of each then energy draining will never be used, but I think that certain characters should only be allowed to have 1 in each team. Like Jikkousu, Nozuchi, Amaya, Akira, and a few others that have either insta kill moves, or full team stuns/energy increasers.

As for matchmaking, shall we say that there would be a SMALL filter on who your teammate will be according to characters your teammate DIDN'T choose to avoid double characters as much as possible?

I like this idea. If this was implemented, shall we indicate that supporting skills, items, AND AoEs only target their OWN team and only 1 enemy's team respectively?

Energy should be same as normal. To keep it from getting too ridiculous. As people could use Yuudai and such to keep from using energy and letting thier teammate use lots of high energy character.
