Movies don't really scare me anymore but growing up I could say definitively The Ring. That movie scared the hell out of me and what made it 10x times worse is that I actually have a well in my basement. Probably tied or in close 2nd would be The Grudge...creepy

A bad horror movie makes it too obvious when it startles. A good one doesn't.
A really good thing to creep you out is a Psychological-Thriller movie.
Also the only thing that scares me are losing my parents' acceptance and trust.
So can we just consider that the title should be changed from "scary" to "creeped out or disturbing"?

You may have (and you did!) gotten me wrong, but no problem.
So link me to the scariest horror movie ever, in your opinion, okay?
Thankies.
That's exactly why I love Silence of The Lambs.I cannot get scared through movies. I only get either startled or creeped out.

Nightmare on Elm Street nearly had it, but being a remake of the original slasher, it coudln't be anything else
The Birds by Alfred Hitchcock
It's over 30 years old and it still freaks the hell outta me

Is God willing to prevent evil, but not able? Then he is not omnipotent. Is he able, but not willing? Then he is malevolent. Is he both able and willing? Then whence cometh evil? Is he neither able nor willing? Then why call him God?
Live a good life. If there are gods and they are just, then they will not care how devout you have been, but will welcome you based on the virtues you have lived by. If there are gods, but unjust, then you should not want to worship them. If there are no gods then you will be gone, but will have lived a noble life that will live on in the memories of your loved ones.

to story line either the grudge and the ring
to story scenes, no one beats the exorcists (first one)
to icky, gory stuffs, cannibals, it was so disgusting and stomach trembling,
sorry if i cant pick one, coz being scariest has many parts needed to be clarified.
Ceed of Gx
