Most people will say Hebi, however, i have Hebi, and would MUCH rather have sheishin

This is my opinion. Both villages have one character I like (Ryu and Jatai.), while the other 2 from both I just find 'meh'.

Hebi has 2 good chars, Jatai and Nozuchi. Seishin has 1 pretty good char, Ryu...
I bought first Hebi, then Seishin. Nowadays I guess I would make the opposite.

Seishin is better. Ryu is easily one of the best characters in the game, and kame is good. Tori is shit.

Hebi has Jatai who is good, and Ikuchi and Nozuchi who are both mediocre.

I rather go with hebi.

Seishin. Reasons: Kame is collab, Tori is actually good, I use her in my personal team, and yeah, Ryu is just epic.

^Win. Also here's a moral choice for you for easier decisions. Want power? Go for Seishin. Want disruptive styles? Go for Hebi.

To say this as a warning, I can already feel the admins will be nerfing Ryu real soon. And it won't be lighthearted like last time. But yeah, Ryu is one of the best characters in the game.

lol, nerfing ryu will make him a bit UP, he's okay, anyway, Hebi is better, you'll know when you use them, I'd stick with hebi,

I prefer Hebi because of Jatai and Nozuchi but Seishin has Ryu and Kame.

It depends on what you like more.
The best In-Game stun and a Poison Affliction with the effect of Nori's protector and a good instant-kill-skill or a huge Affliction Damage Skill, two nice stuns and one awesome protector.
