I have an idea to make everyone earn 1 token for every 10 achivement points they have that way it will be easier to earn tokens.

This has already been suggested.
It would be too much to my mind, so no.
Be patient, there will be tournaments where you can earn tokens.
If there's a very good one, they will think about implenting it.

No. There will be many more ways to gain tokens in the future. Right now, you have to wait until the admins are done.
