The problem with Toge is, his teams arne't even near invincible compared to the other metas like un-hotfix'd Arasoi and Hahen. I cna easily dispatch Toge teams with a stronger offense.Meh I'd probably drop a bomb on Toge then go for a village, the other bosses aren't great.
Although as for what you'll buy, if you don't particularly like any Boss, go village. If you do, buy the boss already.
