Yes, chess is sport. And my top 3 worst sports are:

Baseball = Really really boring

Golf = The only reason why i like this more than baseball, is cuz I can watch women wearing mini skirts on Women's golf. Wait i can see those at the mall too..

American Football = Gay sport. Seriously, how is it FOOTball? oh yeah they kick it to get an extra point. That's it. And Yes, World Cup of the real football is more popular than superbowl.

Golf, Basketball, and Cricket

My personnel worst sports are Golf and American football

i hate nascar. its the worst "sport". not really a sport in my opinion, but people seem to differ. you dont have to be athletic to drive a car.

If you ask me, Darts is the worst sport. In all seriousness, I can't abide watching it.

Worst sport for me is Curling. Don't even know why I know that sport.

I'll probably just beat around the bush here and forgive me for that but, who are we to say what cultural Entity is worse, when all are known world wide, and when all are successful in their own right, but varying on what region it is?

American Football obviously being most popular in the states, better then Soccer, which at times was a dying force in the states, but a huge and I mean huge force world wide?


Just because we don't like a sport, we may hate it, but does that make it the worse sport because we think it is?


Now to answer the topic, my least favorite sport ( which will be my worse sport to y'all. ) would probably be Golf. Though I can easily respect it and can see why a lot of people like it... It just bores me.

And just to voice it, my favorite is Baseball or Soccer. I'm horrible at Baseball though because It is in my personal opinion the hardest sport to play skill wise, but I love watching it on Tv and in person when it isn't 100 degrees outside. Soccer being a sport I played when I was 7 till about my teen years, I just loved it.

Dance is ridiculously under-rated as a physical activity, which in my opinion is all that's needed for something to be classed as a sport. Maybe an amoutnof competition, which dance also has.

Thus, IMHO, Nascar, Golf and Chess (unless it's speed chess with life-sized pieces) are not sports

And why would classifying something as an art be mutually exclusive with sport?
Martial arts are, as their title suggest, an art, but they are also a form of sport.

As for my least favourite sport, at it's base form would be curling, it is so silly a pointless, however my least favourite sport from a current times play poitn of view would be american football
