Character Nerfs:
Seishin Ryu's Night Fire:
- Night Fire now costs 1 intelligence and 1 random energy instead of 1 intelligence energy.
Niiro Toge:
- Niiro Toge now has 100 health points instead of 110.
Niiro Toge's Demonic Rage:
- Deals 25 damage instead of 20.
- Each charge increases the damage by 5 instead of 10.
Kozan Hahen's Life Giver:
- Cost: 1 random instead of no cost.
Niiro Jun's Blind Spot:
- Deals 25 damage instead of 20.
- Each charge increases the damage by 15 instead of 20.
Kozan Jikkousu's The Uncontrollable:
- Removes mental channeling skills Jikkousu each turn instead of all channeling skills.
Character Boosts:
Budou Ken' Ultimate Budou:
- Ultimate Budou now costs no energy instead of 1 random energy.
Kemuri Arasoi's Choking Haze:
- Choking Haze now deals 25 affliction damage instead of 20.
Kemuri Saigai's Enroaching Doom:
- Enroaching Doom now grants 2 Gas Leak charges instead of 1.
Kemuri Sainan's Hallucinogens:
- During this time melee and ranged damage dealt to the target is increased by 5.
Kemuri Sainan's Dashing Throw:
- Dashing throw reduces melee and ranged damage dealt to Sainan by 10 instead of just melee damage.

Bad change to Toge. His passive needs to be changed. But, I guess this a good start, we can see how it goes for now. Damage should start at 30, imo, though. Because it takes two randoms and two specifics before the skill is balanced for its cost.
Yuki isn't OP, doesn't need a nerf, this change won't do anything.
I'm whatever with Hahen now. You guys keep nerfing him for whatever reason.
This Jun nerf is fine by me. It's exactly what I suggested.
QUESTION: Any changes to items?
Also, what the hell? No buffs or anything? Come on, man. Some people need it badly.

Niiro Toge: His passive has to be reworked! The passive skill is the (most) overpowered skill of Toge.
Omoi Yukigaaru: He does not need a nerf. He is fine.
Kozan Hahen: His Poisonous Sickle does not need a nerf. The skill Live Giver should be nerfed.
Niiro Jun: The nerf could be not enough.

According to our statistics every character is above 46%.Ugh.. that Ryu nerf is so stupid, so stupid that it might just do the trick.. Still, that's a gross nerf.

Seirryu, The Azure King:
- Deals 35 affliction damage instead of 40.
Taylor's Feedback: Well, not the optimal change, but may help a bit. It's a good start.
Niiro Toge - 65.46%
Demonic Rage:
- Deals 25 damage instead of 20.
- Each charge increases the damage by 5 instead of 10.
Taylor's Feedback: Great change, exactly what was needed. You should REALLY implement this one.
Omoi Yukigaaru - 60.33%
Giga Defender:
- Channeling instead of Aura.
Taylor's Feedback: Erm, Yukigaaru is fine as he currently is. Maybe he even need a boost. The problem of the useage of Yukigaaru resides on the abuse of the Tanto item. In my opinion, that's what should be changed - either by disallowing items to be affected by Warbanners or reducing the damage or improving cooldown.
Kozan Hahen - 57.57%
Poisonous Sickle:
- Cooldown: 1 instead of none.
Taylor's Feedback: I don't think Poisonous Sickle is overpowered. What I'd do would be increasing the cooldown of Leeching Sickle - since it is CERTAIN that one will receive 4 Energy next turn, that makes the Leeching Sickle linkage abusable.
Niiro Jun - 55.46% (Highest usage – 109973 battles)
Blind Spot:
- Deals 25 damage instead of 20.
- Each charge increases the damage by 15 instead of 20.
Taylor's Feedback: Great change. Jun was one character that needed changes for a long time - now, the staff is looking onto it. I would possibly even reduce it a bit more, but, for now, let's do a small change and see what happens.
I think Ryu and Toge's nerf are good, but i dont understand that Hahen's thing. Jun will be nerfed, really 25 dam for 1 random?
NO. Blind Spot will start at 25 damage (instead of 20) but will have its damage increased by 15 (instead of 20) with each Enrage charge.
Remember that Blind Spot is the skill that costs 1 Strength + 1 Random.

As for Hahen, I don't really use him much, so I'm not so sure. I'm sure Ryu needs the nerf.

I noticed that Jun can still deal 40 damage for one random with Blind Spot and the Legendary Katana of the Niiro, so I think the nerf is not enough.
Asami + Yukigaaru + Jun teams can still spike.

Jun isn't THAT op anyway. Besides, his power is trifled, even if by a bit.
Marcel, when we try to nerf someone, we don't aim to make them useless, do you understand? The problem with Jun is that his stacking is FAST and DANGEROUS. With this nerf, people will be less likely to stack large damage and focus mainly on his 40 damage spike, which is the key of his character.
We're not trying to ruin concepts, we're trying to balance them.
Although, this keeps flying over my mind, but what if Blind spot wasn't piercing?

But if we want to nerf overpowered characters, we have to nerf them correctly.
As you said, we have to pay attention: we should avoid overnerfs.
But we also have to nerf him as much as needed, not just a little bit.

I put emphosis on the word "very".
The damage of Blind Spot (when you got some stacks) is more overpowered than the damage of Toge's Demonic Rage (when you also got some stacks) because you attack with Jun with a low-cost-skill and deal 20 or 25 damage, while you have to offer one specific and one random energy to increase Demonic Rage's damage.
Jun get "better" stacks too.
I suggest to nerf the skill to each charge increases the damage dealt by Blind Spot by 10 damage.

Maybe it is an overnerf but the nerf which is already suggested is not enough.
