compare him to tadashi
tada's hunter's eye can get stunned, but if not, you can deal 50 damage with his multi shot, which costs 1 MORE EXTRA RANDOM ENERGY!
now that, is actually quite huge difference between them
or you can compare him to toraji's ferocious slash, which deals only 45 damage for TWO reds, with the same cooldown
so ken's move costs HALF the energy and MORE damage when preped
how can you people not see that ken was overnerfed!
l suggest you keep his ultimate budou to tactic, but nerf his dragon fist to something like 35 piercing damage, because as nestec said, we don't have enough piercing-damage skills in this game

this is how the old toge was:
20+30=50
20+30+40=90
20+30+40+50=140
and this is how he is now, the damage being boosted because of yuki's apparent 'nerf':
25+30=55
25+30+35=90
25+30+35+40=130
which means that it can actually deal MORE damage on the second hit of demonic rage, deal the SAME damage as before on his third hit, so it takes FOUR hits for the nerf to actually kick-in

He would deal 30 damage, then 35 damagr, then 40 damage = 105 damage.
So after three attacks he deals as much damage as Tadashi deals for the same costs.
My idea balances his attack.
His health points do not need a change, it can still be at 100 health points.
But his passive changed by me is bizarre, I know.
But it could be:
Melee damage by Toge's allies is not increased but melee damage by the enemy's team is decreased by 5 or Toge's allies have a Damage Reduction of 5 melee damage.
