Katekyo Hitman Reborn,The start isn't so good but after Kokuyo Arc it gets interesting,The best arc is the Future (With Choice and Future Final Battle Arc included) though,This anime's fillers are VERY interesting,and it only has like two filler arcs so yeah,What makes it the best anime i have seen is because the storyline is interesting and there's drama AND comedy.

One Piece, even though after Thriller Bark the anime version has sucked hardcore compared to manga that has always been epic.

Hajime no Ippo and Soul Eater both had amazing fights especially in Hajime no Ippo, but ended prematurely which sucks because I would love to see some of the current fights in the manga animated.
