This page doesnt have a lot of (active) players, so how about an event to attract some? I thought about something like a day or a week where all characters are unlocked for all players. You could announce it before, so new players can try out the characters and might get motivated to unlock the characters they like after the event and continue with WoN.

I think giving people all of the characters is rather mute.
"Here you can have these.. to unlock these.." Not only breaks the missions, but the story that goes with them.
Although, I do believe we need an event of some sort, at least to tide us over until the update.

You just read my mind. WoN does needs more events and there are tons of ppl who love events ( especially me ). Of course however your event suggestion can be considered OP especially if daily but once or a day only is alright I guess.

To prevent complications with the story the characters could only be unlocked for private, quick (not mission) and ladder games.

i remember there being a few suggestions like this 1 was a holiday event and 1 was for like 1 day a month or something all market items cost like 10-20% less eitherway i dont mind the idea of events just i dont think giving chars for a set time is a good idea.

Events are alright. But what you are proposing is so broken. Like, rage-broken.

Quick and Private sure, However Ladder does effect the overall game.
Events are meant for the members to have fun and something to do.
However the events should consists of forum activities, Such as titles being handed out for certain special tournaments.
Clan's going against each other and winner gets a "Winner -Clan- of the -tournament- " yadayada/
Eitherway, I do believe titles are the better route then characters.

That would be ridiculous. No, but I do suggest events. They're already making tournaments for WoN, and I'm sure there will be more in the future, so just be patient. ;3

Yeah, i like this idea. We need something to make this forum alive again. An event will be nice. But i really have no idea what kind lol, but i agree with sikcool, never give a character then take it back. Not cool. (SA and NA "event chars" for example)...
