By Shadawn's request, I guess I'll go ahead and leave short comments on matches we play. As I don't really remember the very first game much, I won't be commenting on that.
On game 2 (Igi swapped in Hai, I forgot who I swapped out and in): The problem I had here, is that Hikaru switched in Hai. Hai is one of the biggest poison counters in the game, so I had very little chance of winning this game in general. In the end, as expected, he won.
There really isn;t much to say here as he had a huge counter.
On game 3 (I swapped out Kurai for Yuzuki, he swapped out Eien for Niwa): The thing I did absolutely right was to keep Yuzuki hidden in the swap screen. My team in swap was Yukigaaru, Asami, and Kurai, a standard stun team. Normally, with that team, I increase ranged attacks, but when I saw Isshou and Eien on the swap screen, I knew I would have to ignore protectors. When the game actually started, I saw that he did swap in a useless sake. Instead of using ranged superiority, I had to focus ignoring protectors.
After all that, it was fairly as simple as his game number 2. Since I was ignoring Isshou's protector it was a fairly easy game.
On game 4 (He swapped out Kame for Yuzuki, I swapped Yukigaaru for Jinsei): Oh the agony, Igi used the same exact trick I just finished using on him. I swapped in Sake fearing that it would be a stun team. Either way, this game was fairly interesting as it was a battle of the ranged.
For the most part, we were actually neck and neck until one vital moment in the battle, his smoke bomb. This is where I messed up with Sainan. Instead of pocketing his WoO, I should have grabbed his smoke bomb as soon as possible. Needless to say, after his turn of full invulnerability, he was able to get in the lead by killing my Yuzuki, until it was all over.
A very well played match by Igi, if you ask me.
On game 5: Bullshit This game actually made me somewhat unhappy and mad. As usual, any time I face Tadashi for some unknown reason, they always go on turn 0, which is fine since I had a stunner. BUT WHEN MY TURN CAME AROUND, I GOT NO BLUE FOR SIESTA AND NO DOUBLES. At that instant, I knew Ikuchi would die, and I stopped caring about the game in general.
This is the only match so far that I found unfair because of stupid luck on Igi's side.
