I suggest Shoji(smoke bomb), Hana(warbanner of defense/caltrops/metsubishi depending on the enemy), Jinsei(Fire arrows).

Shoji and Hana kills the enemy slowly, and Jinsei supports with heals or the extra energy if you need it. And of course, the instant 30 damage.

Don't forget to cast Shoji's wire on a ranged enemy so you can decrease the enemy's damage potency!
