when the region comes around that includes kemuri/budou (aswell as the shogun army) we would already have unlocked the ninja from that village so there wont be any new chars to unlock from doing their village =/...thought i'd just bring that to people's attention

I doubt there will be any missions... Perhaps they will make a shop or something like that...

Not really.
As the story goes, Jinsei, Jyouzu and Yuki are part of the Shogun Army. Budou too. Kemuri are probably exiles. I'm pretty sure they'll still have four villages and three characters each.

I don't think there will be any Kemuri or Budou stuff but as for Shogun Army I bet there will be lots of Shogun missions in future.

Note: This is just what I think
Firstly Boduo and Kemuri do not have clan items even though they are in clans, this is a hint they may have a special mission in the future to give them the items.
Secondly Boduo and Kemuri unlike shogun starters they have other clan members as stated in Nori's WoN story Q&A in story discussions
Thirdly Since Kemuri technically do not stay with their other clan mates it is possible like seishin may reunite with one another in a village, Boduo most likely have a village
With all this I predict in the future there may be in the Market buy able village packages just like Seishin and hebi, for shogun starters probably one of the next reigons may give them special items. But however there are special cases like Jikkousu and Eien even though they belong to a clan they cannot use the special items although they are proven to be very useless to them what so ever, so if there are village items, they won't be very good or be considered useless

You'll unlock 4 clans in each region, doesn't mean there isn't more than 4 though, so the starters you already had won't count towards that four clan unlock that I use to structure regions. Live with this knowledge and rejoice.

im not sure but i believe they may be referring to hot and or young female characters (or just female characters in general)
