If your opponent has Isshou, you can swap, but the problem is when HE swaps.
Showing or hiding him, I don't use Isshou in my team. But if you come to me with a full meele non-spiker team, I'll surely swap for him and win the battle, no doubts. I made +15 with Isshou just swapping for him in points ladder when necessary...
So the change is welcome.

I don't see why it's not possible to restrict Isshou from using the GotW. You can simply define it to be a clan-item for everyone except him, can't you?

Nice. I'm satisfied with this. Having not done any more than three good battles against Isshou, I personally cannot judge Isshou OP, Balanced or even Underpowered. But I can imagine the kind of implications a protector + a limiter is going to have on a newly released character like Isshou.

Naturally people are going to be using him, and most of the players were fast to realize the potential of Eien as a support character for him. This combined with the fact that GotW IS his item, makes Isshou's power all the more impeccable, especially when he is up against melee teams which constantly require to maintain a steady attack in order to break through the tough armour.

No wonder his stats came out the way it did. And I suppose, this nerf is going to at least cut the protector's power by 30%. So in a way, this is good. And I mostly agree with both Karab and Roach.

Personally I don't have him, so my opinion is rather effy. However I have faced my share of Isshou and to be honest, he isn't hard to handle
However it's extremely common now to face him with GotW
and it's starting to become annoying.

I guess the 15 Limiter would be a nice start, but he may need something more.

Kao with Pipe of Wisdom also makes for a pretty useful counter to Isshou w/ GotW, by the way.
