Two questions about region 3:
1. In Hanto you have Battle Arena(ladder), in Santi you have Fire Arena(streak)so, will be a new arena there?
2.When was relased 2nd regio, WoN was upgraded from beta to normal, so will be WoN 2 or the regio will be added like filler villiages?

2:it was released when the game came out of beta.region 3 will be like the same regions.just different villages and storyline.and one filler of course.

1. Something unique and interesting perhaps. Inauguration of a new arena requires new set of achievements to be added in game. Hope it will be interesting.
2. Not sure I understand you. But as I hear, WoN will be upgraded. If this upgrade is after or before region 3, I'm not sure. But there will be a filler arc in region 3 as well.

3.We know that all is ready to 3rd region so, will it be ralased with 3rd ladder season or mayby later.

Well, Genbu isn't exactly black, but we do have the tiger king..

Well, Genbu isn't exactly black, but we do have the tiger king..
I'm pretty sure Nori said no more dragons.. sadly..
Vermillion Bird is another name for Suzaku. The yellow dragon is Huang-Long/Kyoryu, who rules over the four Ssu-Ling the spirit beasts were based on.
As Nori is using artistic license with real world mythology, there's no telling if it'll actually be important or not.
