Am I ignorant, or is he a weak character?
He seems to use a lot of energy to accomplish relatively little.

Nope, you just haven't mastered the use of him.

Toraji is a bit slow, but he is not weak.. and he's useful against many of the Kurai teams out there..

Toraji isn't weak. The energy he gains is very useful and his attacks are fairly strong. But in fact, I don't like him either.

Yes, Toraji is relatively weak, I agree. His STrength of The Tiger KIng cost far too much for what little it actually accomplishes.
But he's not unusable by any means.

Toraji and actually a bit more expensive it a good character and he does not make my style more than ever believe that he and a good char yes

He's simply energy inefficient - Strength of the Tiger King having a decreased cost would eliminate this issue.

I agree. SoTK needs a bit of a cost reduction. But he's not by any means weak.

Toraji isn't weak, his moves are a little costly, that's all.
But it would be nice if instead of having Sotk cost one strength, one wisdom and one random than costing an intelligence. He would fit in way more teams that way.

Although to be honest, his AoE IS the most expensive yet not that worth it of a skill.
