I'm here to propose a modification in the way the clan ranks are displayed now. Basically, to the "trial" and "member" rank.
I mean... in my clan, I have members at trial rank, but they aren't really in "trial", they are part of the clan, they are members like any other, but I can't place them as "member" because they don't have a satisfatory performance at points ladder in the moment or don't even ladder.

But I had some commentaries of clan members asking why they are at trial just because the word seems like they are being tested and not because they don't have their points in battle arena counted to the clan ladder... and I understand them. The word "trial" means that a player is being at judgement, but this isn't true. The way is now, seems that a player just can be a member if he's good in points ladder, but is this the only meaning of clans? I guess not...

The Clan Ladder is just a part of the clan thing and I'd like to have all clan members as "members" at least. I guess many people will agree with me.

So I'd propose three things, you can vote in what do you think is best (or disagree with them, of course):

1 - to keep the "trial" rank, change the "member" rank to not count to Clan Ladder and create a new rank to players which have their points counted, but don't have Captain rights.

2 - to modify the "trial" rank name.

3 - to create a tool where we can set a player to the clan ladder, independent of its rank.

Isn't that exactly what your doing when you put them at trial?

No need for this really, if they cant handle being at trial cause they are not doing well enough for the clan you would be better of without them.

You didn't get the idea. They are doing well enough for the clan, since the clan ISN'T ONLY the clan ladder.

Third proposal sounds alright.

I prefer the third solution.

However if we waant to keep it more like it is now, the 1st option is the way to go

If someone is complaining about being on trial then it's their fault for not trying to improve on ladder

I just commented about complains, I see their points when complaining, but it isn't the reason why I'm proposing it. Is just wrong to stay at trial even being an effective member.

I would like the 3rd proposal. There are people I would like to see as captain or something else, but they suck at ladder, so I don't do it. I think that the 3rd idea would be best, since it would make things somewhat easier and better.

3rd proposal and I ok with the trial rank for me because I don't win and lose a lot but I would effect thae clan ladder into decresing. With this said I am fine with staying in trial

I've wanted a GFXer and a Forum rank for ages, as neither of those, which are both vital parts of keeping a clan alive, are rewarded very much if at all.

I kinda agree with this too, but maybe just changing the name from trial would be enough.

Well, seems almost everyone agree with this, so I'd like to some mod manifestate himself about it, but analyzing the comments and taking the proposal to the admins, not just closing the topic if don't agree, because people in general supported the proposal.
