Trials cannot gain exp members and above can if the trail wins the clan loses exp.

I agree. Whether one is in member rank and the other is in trial, or any other possibilities, it should be turned off. You shouldn't lose or gain exp just by fighting your own clan mate from the exact same clan, so yes, great idea, you have my support.

I lost against liljay14 from the same clan as me he is trail I am a member when I lost I lost clan exp.

Maybe the guy left your clan.

I lose clan exp vs a person in a lower position than me in my clan.
I am asking that this be removed so I don't have to ask for them to surrender (unfair win) because the clan would lose exp if i lost to them.

I am pretty sure that you do lose exp. If a captain loses to a member of the clan that is trial, then the clan loses exp but the trial member doesn't gain clan exp from the win. It has always been like this and is why many clans require trial members to surrender to non trials of the same clan. It has always been like this and think its this way because originally way back on n-a, the Admins made the trial rank and didn't consider trialed members to actually be part of the clan yet.

Because that clan member wasn't trial. When its trial vs member+, the member+ will gain or lose clan exp.

Ushi, I fought liljay too 3 days ago and I gained points to the clan, so you are right, you gain and lose points to the clan if you are member rank and fight against a trial rank.

I agree it should be changed, there's no sense.
