True Keeper of the Warbringer
- Protector hit points increased to 40, up from 30.
- Melee and ranged damage limit increased to 20, up from 15.
Protector destruction order changed
Currently the oldest protector is targeted first. With this hotfix, we plan to make the newest protector targeted first. On Isshou, this means that Guard of the Warbringer will be destroyed before his passive protector True Keeper of the Warbringer.
This change will affect all characters in the game. For example, equip Nori with Battle Armor and activate her summon, her summon is the newest protector so that will be targeted first.
Another example I would like you to consider is the following:
You're only moving the GotW problem away from Isshou, to Kame and other (future) characters that grant DD. Imagine: Jatai with Smokebomb (or the Village Item even), Kame with Pipe of Intelligence, Nozuichi with GotW. First turn, I use Smokebomb and Pipe of Intelligence. Second turn, there's 50 DD protecting GotW with a limiter of 25 dmg. Even if you manage to get rid of that protector in 2 turns (with Kame and Jatai stunning you), Nozuichi will be able to use his skills by then and you'll have another 60 DD piled on top of it from his protector. Melee teams will be just as much destroyed by this strategy as they're currently being destroyed by Isshou.
