Hello guys.Why i can't enter on Hebi village ? I msut have 400 tokens to unlock it from shop ?

Obviously you will need to purchase the additional story line from the shop. Same for Seishin. Both 400 tokens.

Yes, you need 400 tokens to have access to the Hebi Village.
The same applies to the Seishin Vllage, so you do not need to create a topic for the Seishin Village.

In the MARKETS, you buy it. If you do not have 400 tokens, you can't buy it, which is why you can't do the missions of the village.
