Tori is so evil now during Suzaku, bypassing inv, AoE 25 aff for one blue, ....I like it! She is now more bad-ass than ever! I can't wait to use her!

That Hikaru nerf is like the Jun nerf, absolutely worthless. I suggest if you wish to continue with this nerf then additionally make the affliction go from 10 to 5 since its going to get boosted anyway with his VI and also reduce the cost to one red.

Jomon is finally a beast, and I approve of Tori rework. Born of Fire should've never been allowed during Great Spirit.

I might actually start playing this game again.

The cost increase is actually a rather big nerf. All it ever really needed was a higher cooldown.

Jomon will still be quite UP, the only thing this changes is that he doesn't get screwed over by Nori and Jatai.

Tori is going to change into a one trick pony. Once your burst damage is done, it's over.

You're a bit late. YuHiSami was never a top tier team and it still isn't.

I agree for the most part . Everything is great except Hikaru's nerf. Why are you nerfing him?

Youko: i think that youko is finally balaced because of the fact that her stun is a tactic move making it harder to stop for certain characters and also makes her invulnerable and she is basically not stunned if WoR is equipped.

Arasoi: I think that a 15 damage reduction is too much

Other than that, good update!

I said it in balance discussion, i'll say it again.

Nobuo - won't be enough

Jouzou - fine
Ken - probably fine
Arasoi - great. As an idea here (too late probably) you could make Arasoi limit the damage target can deal. This will be a new unique property, very efficient vs some spikers.

Youko - just perfect.

Hikaru - wrong direction. Fire Nova is OP, not his strike.

Jomon - useless buff. Yes, you now can play Jomon vs Nori, but it still doesn't solve that you can't play Jomon at all.

New Tori - would be interesting.

Almost all is ok,but i am not sure about 3 things:
Tori rework(it is unclear to me,but let's see how it works)
Nobuo(this will make him OP and almost unbeatable 1vs1)
Hikaru(why are you nerfing him? )

I like all changes except Youko's, Hikaru's and Tori's changes.

Youko's problem is that she has huge advantages by Warbanner of Resistance, so you should make that she can not be unstunnable during Fanning the Flames, so she can not have this big advantage.

Hikaru's Fire Nova should be nerfed too.

Tori's rework seems to be overpowered but well, I thik you will make her as you proposed her.

By the way, why is it 4.0 and not 3.3?

Anything not mentioned below looks fine to me.

Ken: Does he really need the boost? He's usable enough IMO.

Hikaru: Not 100% happy with this nerf. In my opinion, it'd be better to reduce Fireruby Strike's affliction damage to 5.

Nobuo: I'm concerned about his 1v1 capabilities if this boost happens, in all honesty. But I can't come up with a better proposal at the moment.

Loving the Youko and Tori boosts in particular. Arasoi's looking good too.

@Karab - Fire Nova is instant nuke bypassing invulnerability. Fireruby deals more damage, but it's damage over time easily removed by cleansing water. 35 damage upfront is much more than 45 after 2 turns - especially in hikaru metateams, relying on fast spiking.

@Marcell - negating stun immunity is just ugly. There shouldn't be more then effect and his counter - otherwise we can come to a counters of counters of counters of effect.

Maybe make Fire Nova a Burning affliction which is dealt next turn? That way it can be easely stopped by Cleansing Water.
