this is a very ridiculous question, as ridiculous as saying there are no sickle users in the game who use agility or intelligence,should there be one? In the future possibly.

Yes it have one, better than a archer, that Saigai, but you have right we need more 1 or 2 ranged char who use strenght energy. ( Wait for Karasu, he will be ranged char)

apparently there is a high chance it is going to be dutch's karasu...which does not use strength but rather random...
but however bekaten even though he is better, he isn't an archer XD.
ps. I don't think black wing is an archer move
Did you guys also know that all the different types of energy for swords are available?
Common Energy
Hikaru --> Strength energy
Jomon --> Random energy
Eien --> Agility energy
Uncommon and one of a kind energy
Apparently these two are special since they are the only ones who use their brain to attack with their swords.
Ryu --> intelligence energy (sky cracker)
Toge --> Wisdom (Demonic Reflexes)

Well, Hikaru and Ryu use spears, Eien uses a staff, and Jomon uses a flail, so none of those people use swords. Perhaps double check your definition of sword?
