He is balanced but he is a pain with the Legendary Katana of the Niiro.

Yuudai is a meh character. Strongest counter in-game, but has a tendency to kill himself. 
Absolutely Nothing is worth my sig space!

I hate it whenever I see him, why? Counter Counter and counter. But however he is balanced so he is okay.

Exactly. You might hate him, but still doesn't erase the fact that the guy is balanced.. in a weird emo way.

He takes 25 affliction damage per each Demon Rage usage...

It doesn't matter how much damage you do to yourself, so long as you do more to your enemy, and faster.How can he be OP with katana?

It makes him have a 30 damage spike for no cost. This is why he is often paired with Hikaru, fire bomb, etc. High amounts of damage then lower the enemy to the ripe health of 30, where Yuudai can proceed to instant kill.
Self inflicted damage is not a heavy compensation for free attacks. Especially ones that deal 30 damage.

The best and ONLY poker-style character. He's the only one who has the most effective and invisible counter. Eien and Nozuchi can do some great poker styles, but they only target one ally or themselves.

He's balanced, very good counter but the Affliction is nonsense.
