To tell you the truth, I have few artists that I like.
Not to sound like a nun or something, but I just can't stand the fact that there are too many music videos including porn or sex scenes, or something to that effect. I mean, if you so desire to masturbate, go and watch porn online, not some skin-film-like video clips. Anyway, getting off track, going to get back to the point.

Tell us who you think are the top 10 artists. In no particular order, self-evidently. Mines are:

Eminem - I am not too fond of rap. I would rather say I am not - in the slightest. But then, I just love Marshall. I have read a lot about him, bringing it to my knowledge that he is an excellent (strict! :teeth ) father, yet he is just so impressive! In strict sense of word.. You see, he is not afraid to tell the world what opinion he is of, yet he is not on the offensive.

Katy Perry - I must admit I have kind of disappointed greatly lately.
You know why? Because I thought that she was a vocalist who always remains serious. To my detriment, she is not. Yet I like her. Quite much. She is still great. And kind! :amused

Far-East Movement - Rock it! Love them. Like a G6... :laugh I hardly have any bad things to tell about them. But then, it is possible that this is because I don't know much about them. :push

Snoop Dogg - I have never really listened to any of his songs. I know, nonetheless, that just like Eminem, his songs contain messages to the world: Once again, messages that are not really offensive yet true.

Bruno Mars - I used to think that he is a stupid, innocent-looking boy, whose songs make no sense. But lately I've realized that I've taken such a liking on him. I've got to put it to you, actually, that he writes awesome songs. There again, it's just me.

Kanye West - The only song I grew up on is Love-Lockdown. Love it.

P-Diddy - Just like K.W, I barely know any songs written by him or something. But, I love one of the songs he wrote.

This is my list. It may not contain 10 artists. I am sorry about that in advance. Few artists have come to mind.

Didn't we have another topic like this a few months ago? xD Pretty sure I complained about the lack of metal 'round these parts there too.

Well, anyway....

Scar Symmetry
Orphaned Land
Blind Guardian
Sonata Arctica
Amorphis
Opeth
Vintersorg
Kamelot
Avenged Sevenfold
Iced Earth

Hmm, something like that. I've got some 300 bands and encounter new ones on an almost daily basis, so it changes pretty frequently. Top 5 is pretty stable though.
