I'd say that One Step Ahead and Aggressive Defense are the best and Swipe Stance and possibly Midnight Massacre are the worst.

Demon Vision is a very overrated counter skill. It's very predictable, and it's very easy to avoid. Midnight Massacre is by far the best counter skill in the game, as it counters all vital skill types of an enemy to make them waste a turn, no matter what, because of the fact that it lasts for 3 turns.

Midnight Maxacre is in the top of my list. Demon Vision is somewhere around 4 or 5. Worst counter IMO is Twisted Labyrinth. Fact that it's put up on your team means the Opponents are allowed some room to breath. It's not even Invisible, which seems to be the case with DV, Aggressive Defence and One Step Ahead.

The best counter is Amaya's Midnight Massacre and the worst one is Yukigaaru's Swipe Stance.

Midnight Massacre is the best counter and definitely the most annoying.
Demon Vision is the second. For those who say its very predictable... yes, it is. But, unless your team is most based on tactic skills, it stops your team for one turn, even you knowing it was used. If you do nothing, you can be massacred in the next turn. If you go invul, the opponent team can go too and the consequence is the same. So, this skill can change the result of a battle even if it was visible.
The worst to me is Stalking Dragon. Is only useful when your team has one main melee damager and you got no stunners. If you get more damagers or a stunner, it's almost useless. Is just perfect against Isshou Boss.

Demon Vision is annoying when you have a lot of energy because you can trick your opponent.Midnight Massacre is also a good counter.
