I think you mean Senboku Takeo and not Senboku Takeko. Anyways my biased vote is Akira. My reason is because she is my favorite character and her mastery of advanced tactics would be a huge advantage for her. Plus she is too beautiful to lose. ^_^

The main players here are Kamiko, Kurai and Ryu. I could honestly see either of them taking it so I can't really cast a vote.

Story-wise, it's Ryu. Everyone already knows that a single master Seishin is worth a lot of Kozan warriors altogether.
Gameplay-wise, Kurai's Permastun is god. Although Megami and Kamiko on the other hand can deal with that.

Story wise, my vote goes to Ryu. Ryu stands on a fight against Karasu (strongest character story-wise so far), and has one of the most powerful spirit beasts ever.
In-game wise... um... Akira. If you're lucky enough (you getting perfect energy and turns, while your enemy getting none of those) she can pretty much own everyone without being harmed at all.
Kurai would be the other possibility.

My vote is Kurai will win. He will hide in the shadow while everyone duke it out, and when there is one left, he "no tomorrow" him/her to death.
